1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register with bpvip, you are required to create a unique username and a secure password. You are wholly responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. bpvip will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

bpvip may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or agents acting on your behalf.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bpvip supports a range of convenient payment methods popular in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. bpvip aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your selected payment method and account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bpvip does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering and cannot be returned to the original payment source without at least one qualifying bet being placed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bpvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback deals. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time of offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpvip platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have funds seized pending investigation:

• Fraud, money laundering, or using bpvip to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any multiplayer betting market.
• Registering or operating more than one account per person for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider to reclaim funds already wagered.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

bpvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected, or regulatory obligations require such action.

You may voluntarily request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following verification, subject to standard processing timelines.

All content on the bpvip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bpvip or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
